Custom Designed Fine Art Books
THE FINE ART BOOK
- A completed album includes a maximum of 50 spreads with approximately 120 to 150 images.
- Printed with archival ink on fine art paper.
- Each spread is 20 mil thick and lays completely flat.
- Cover options include linen, silk, velvet, leather, and vegan leather.
- Custom embossing is included.
Our Process
01. CHOOSE YOUR COVER
You’ll complete a short questionnaire that allows you to select your album style, cover material, typography, and title. It takes just a few minutes and guides our design direction.
02. FIRST DRAFT BY US
We design your initial layout based on your choices and the natural rhythm of your wedding day. This first draft arrives in your inbox within one week.
03. DESIGN DAY
Once your draft is ready, you’ll select a Design Day; a 4 to 6 hour window where we finalize the entire album together. We’ll make edits in real time while you’re online and available to review updates.
04. FINAL APPROVAL + PRINT
When the album is complete, you’ll approve your design and we’ll send it to print. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as it ships.
Design Choices
To begin your album design, please review the options below. Your selections will be submitted through the questionnaire at the bottom of this page.
1. Album Size
Choose between 9 x 12 inches or 8 x 10 inches.
2. Cover Material
Select from leather, book cloth, or velvet. A full swatch grid is below for clarity.
3. Cover Text
Share the exact text you want debossed on the cover. This may include your names, your wedding date, a location, a quote, or song lyrics.
4. Text Color
Choose a foil color or blind deboss for your cover title.
5. Cover Font
Select a predesigned cover and font from the styles shown below. You may also send inspiration, including your wedding invitation PDF, if you prefer a matching typeface.
Cover Material Swatches
BOOK CLOTH
Our high quality Book Cloth is durable and comes in a wide variety of colors. It’s also incredibly versatile. When paired with custom designed embossing, Book Cloth can range from casual to elegant. You will see the cloth fabric swatches listed as coated or uncoated. Uncoated is a more natural finish, usually softer. While coated is aqueous coated to protect against stains and spills.

Rustic Leather is a blend of luxury and rural charm -with more ‘aggressive’ textures. This is a soft leather so it will show ‘rustic’ marks and does show scratches easily which adds to the rustic / worn feel over time.

Book Choices design form
Design Day
HOW IT WORKS
Once your first draft is ready, you will receive a link to schedule your Design Day. We will reserve a four to six hour window dedicated to refining your album. You will stay available online during this window to approve updates. Edits are made live using the proofing platform. A short call at the beginning or end keeps everything flowing smoothly
Your Design Day is a collaborative session where we complete your album in real time. This ensures the book feels personal and fully aligned with your vision.
What is the typical number of spreads?
Your initial investment includes 30 spreads. Additional spreads are $75 per spread.
How many images will the album include?
Fine Art albums include approximately 60-70 images. Storytelling layouts include approximately 80-120.
How long will printing take?
Albums take approximately 4–6 weeks. Holiday deadlines are December 1.
Can we purchase parent albums or duplicates?
Yes. Parent copies and duplicate books are available at a reduced rate.
Can we make changes to the parent album?
We can make changes, though this becomes a new design and is priced as such.
Can we request custom cover designs?
If you have a specific design prepared, you may share it as a PSD file. Fully custom designs created by us are considered an upgrade.
What if we cannot finish in one Design Day?
Design Day is intended to bring the book to completion. If more time is needed, we can add a secondary session for an additional fee.
